Welcome to SnapIt ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by GroupIt4U, based in Cyprus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapIt mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at groupit4usupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Creators may complete a verification process to receive a "Verified" badge. This requires submitting:
Documents are reviewed manually by our team. We reserve the right to reject applications without providing a reason. Verified status may be revoked if we discover false, fraudulent, or misleading information. Verification is for trust and safety purposes only; it does not constitute an endorsement of a Creator's skills, qualifications, or the quality of their work.
SnapIt operates as a marketplace platform that connects Clients with Creators. We do not employ Creators directly and are not a party to the agreement between Clients and Creators.
Creators may offer services across the following categories: photography, video, promotional/advert, event coverage, aerial footage, pet photography, baby & newborn, wedding, fashion, food & product, real estate, sports, portrait, landscape & nature, and corporate.
Creators set their own:
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any Creator's services. The quality, timing, and suitability of services are the sole responsibility of the Creator.
Currency: All prices and payments on the Platform are in euros (EUR).
Booking process: The Client selects a Creator, chooses a package and any add-ons, picks a date and available time slot, provides a shoot address and optional notes, and proceeds to payment.
Payment processing: Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never store or have access to your full card information.
Fund holding: Funds are held by the Platform until the job is completed. The Creator marks the booking as complete, and the Client confirms completion. Once both parties confirm, payment is released to the Creator.
Platform commission: We charge a 10% platform commission on each booking. Stripe processing fees (approximately 1.4% + a small fixed amount for EUR transactions) are also deducted from the Creator's payout. Example: for a €100.00 booking, the Creator receives approximately €88.35.
Creator payouts: Creators must set up their bank details via Stripe Connect to receive payouts. Until bank details are configured, funds remain held by the Platform. Payout timing depends on Stripe and the Creator's bank (typically immediate to 7 business days).
Automatic status: The system automatically sets the Creator's status to "busy" during booked time slots and returns them to their scheduled status after the slot ends.
You will receive a full refund in the following cases:
Refunds are processed through Stripe. The time for the refund to appear on your card depends on your bank and Stripe (typically immediate to 7 business days).
When a booking is cancelled or declined, the time slots become available again for other Clients to book.
Completed bookings that are not disputed are not eligible for refund. For any other cancellation or refund enquiries, contact groupit4usupport@gmail.com.
If a Client believes a job was not completed satisfactorily, they may tap "Not Complete" after the Creator marks the booking as done. This initiates a dispute:

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Users can submit reports through the app for issues including: no-show, unprofessional conduct, safety concerns, fraud, harassment, bugs, payment issues, inappropriate users, and other matters.
Our team reviews all reports and may take the following actions:
We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
Platform IP: The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated Content), features, and functionality are owned by SnapIt / GroupIt4U and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
User Content: You retain ownership of Content you upload (portfolio items, profile photos, reviews, messages). By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You may remove your Content at any time by deleting it from the app.
Creator work product: Ownership of photographs, videos, and other creative work produced during a booking is a matter between the Client and the Creator. We do not claim any ownership over work produced during bookings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapIt and GroupIt4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapIt, GroupIt4U, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any Content you upload or submit through the Service.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, updates, security patches, or other operational reasons. We aim to minimise disruption and will restore access as soon as reasonably practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
By you: You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a safety risk to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending bookings will be cancelled and refunded where applicable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapIt regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
