Welcome to SnapIt ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by GroupIt4U. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapIt mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
"Client" means a user who seeks photography or creative services through the Service. "Creator" means a professional photographer or creative who provides services through the Service. "Booking" means a request for creative services made through the Service, including a selected package, date, time slot, and location. "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a Client or Creator.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information including name, email, phone number, and (for Creators) business details, categories, social media links, and portfolio information. You agree to keep this information updated. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Creators must complete a verification process before receiving the "Verified" badge. This includes submitting: (a) a valid government-issued ID (front and back); (b) a professional license or equivalent certification; and (c) certain legal details such as full legal name, postal address, and, where applicable, company name. We review documents manually. We do not guarantee approval; we reserve the right to reject applications. Verified status may be revoked if we discover false or fraudulent information. Verification is for trust and safety; we do not warrant the competence of any Creator.
SnapIt operates a marketplace platform that connects Clients with Creators across categories including: photography, video, promotional/advert, event coverage, aerial footage, pet photography, baby & newborn, wedding, fashion, food & product, real estate, sports, portrait, landscape & nature, and corporate. We do not employ Creators directly. The quality, timing, legality, and suitability of services provided by Creators are the sole responsibility of the Creator. Creators set their own packages (name, price, duration), weekly schedule, time slot duration (30 minutes or 1 hour), and availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any Creator.
All prices and payments are in euros (EUR). When booking, the Client selects a package, date, and available time slot. Payment is due at booking via card through Stripe. Funds are held until the Creator completes the job and the Client confirms completion; then we release the payout to the Creator (can be immediate or up to 7 days; timing depends on Stripe and the Creator's bank). If you report a problem, funds remain held until the dispute is resolved (see section 8a). Creators set their own rates. We charge a 10% platform commission on each booking; Stripe card fee (for EUR, approximately 1.4% + a small fixed amount) is deducted from the Creator payout. Example: €100.00 booking → Creator receives approximately €88.35. Creators must complete bank details (Stripe Connect) to receive payouts; until then, funds remain with the platform. The system automatically sets the Creator to "busy" during booked time slots and returns to "online" after the slot ends.
Each completed booking includes a 7-day warranty from the date the Client confirms completion. The warranty is provided by the Creator and covers the work they performed; for any issues within this period, contact your Creator or groupit4usupport@gmail.com. Warranty and receipt details are available in the Bookings tab.
You will not be charged and will receive a full refund in the following cases: (a) You cancel a pending booking (before the Creator accepts). (b) The Creator declines your pending booking. (c) The Creator cancels a confirmed booking (after they had accepted). (d) For disputed bookings: the Creator chooses "Cancel & Refund Client," or the company, after reviewing both sides, decides in your favor. In all these cases, we process the refund immediately through Stripe. When it appears on your card depends on your bank and Stripe (can be immediate or up to 7 days). When a booking is cancelled or declined, the time slots become available again for other clients to book. For any other cancellation or refund enquiries, contact groupit4usupport@gmail.com.
When you report a problem (tap "Not Complete" after the Creator marks the job done), the booking becomes disputed. Payment is held until the dispute is resolved. The Creator may submit a response; you may request a refund for company review. We will review both your report and the Creator's response and decide whether to refund you or pay the Creator. The Creator may also choose to cancel and refund you, or to mark the job complete again (giving you a new confirmation prompt). Our decision on disputed bookings is final. Both Clients and Creators can submit reports through the Settings screen for issues including bugs, payment problems, inappropriate users, safety concerns, or other matters. Reports are reviewed by our team and we will respond as needed.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person; or (f) use the Service for any commercial purpose other than as a Client or Creator in accordance with these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapIt / GroupIt4U and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We aim to minimise disruption and will restore access as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
